Ingredients
TIP TOP Egg Noodles |

Kai Lan, Cut Into Halves |

Assorted Seafood ( Fish Cakes or
Fish Slices, Shrimp, Crab Sticks ) |

Spring Onion |
1 stalk |

Tofu |

Water ( for Soup Base ) |
500 cc |

Water ( for Noodles ) |
500 cc |

Instant Miso Sauce |
2 tablespoons |

Cooking Directions
STEP 1:
Bring water to boil. Add in the Kai Lan and seafood. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until seafood is almost cooked. |
STEP 2:
In a separate pot,bring water to boil. Add in the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain noodles from excess water. |
STEP 3:
Add noodles into the seafood mix and stir in the instant miso sauce |
STEP 4:
Garnish with spring onion. |
STEP 5:
Ready to be served. |
